I was a non-hotel guest in the Essen restaurant. There was not much going on and pleasantly quiet, the service was courteous and attentive. The food was very tasty, but it took a while to come. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very nice and hardly reminiscent of a hotel, which I found very pleasant. The employees are sure to be happy when more people just come to eat and it's also worth it.
